Hi, I’m Skye – Cocoa By Skye grew out of my lifelong love for baking and my belief that chocolate has a way of making life a little brighter.

After earning my Patisserie and Bakery diploma at Westminster Kingsway College, I decided to create something of my own: chocolates that are simple, thoughtful, and crafted with care. Over the years I’ve worked on perfecting flavours, experimenting with textures, and creating treats that feel just as special to give as they are to enjoy.

Everything here is handmade in small batches, using quality ingredients and a lot of attention to detail. As it’s just me behind Cocoa By Skye, every order feels personal, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support that allows me to keep doing what I love.
