Our Story

Hi, I'm Skye, the chocolatier behind Cocoa By Skye.

My love for chocolate began long before I stepped into a professional kitchen, but it was during my three years studying for a Professional Chef Diploma at Westminster Kingsway College - specialising in patisserie and bakery - that I truly discovered where my passion lay. 

After achieving my diploma, I knew I wanted to create something of my own: chocolates and confections that combine craftsmanship, creativity and flavour in every bite. I believe chocolate should feel special, whether its a gift or a little indulgence just for yourself. 

Cocoa By Skye is where that vision comes to life. Each box is thoughtfully made, with attention to detail at every stage - from the recipes to the finishing touches.

Rooted in Kent, my goal is simple: to share chocolates and confections that are as beautiful as they are delicious, and that bring a little moment of joy to anyone who enjoys them.
